Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Chill Relax and Travel (hereinafter: “the Agency”). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. General Provisions
The Agency operates in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, including but not limited to:
• The Act on the Provision of Tourism Services
• The Consumer Protection Act
• The Obligations Act
These Terms form an integral part of every booking and contract concluded with the Agency.
2. Services
The Agency provides:
• Boat excursions
• Private and shared transfers
• Travel-related services and experiences
All services are described on our website. The Agency reserves the right to modify minor details due to operational or safety reasons.
3. Booking and Payment
A booking is considered confirmed once:
- Payment is completed (full or partial, depending on offer), and
- The client receives a confirmation (email or voucher)
Prices are expressed in EUR and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
The Agency reserves the right to change prices before booking confirmation.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms are defined per product and clearly stated during booking.
Unless otherwise specified:
- Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled service
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service are non-refundable
- No-shows are charged 100%
Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Changes and Cancellations by the Agency
The Agency reserves the right to:
Modify or cancel services due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, clients will be offered:
- An alternative date/service, or
- A full refund
The Agency is not responsible for additional costs incurred by clients (e.g. accommodation, transport).
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are required to:
- Arrive on time at the agreed meeting point
- Follow safety instructions provided by staff
- Possess valid identification if required
The Agency reserves the right to refuse service to clients whose behavior endangers safety or disrupts the experience, without refund.
7. Liability
The Agency is responsible for providing services with due care and professionalism.
However, the Agency is not liable for:
- Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings
- Injuries resulting from non-compliance with safety instructions
- Events caused by force majeure (weather, sea conditions, government restrictions, etc.)
All activities are undertaken at the client’s own risk.
8. Insurance
Passengers are covered by mandatory insurance in accordance with Croatian law.
We recommend that clients arrange additional travel insurance (health, accident, cancellation) independently.
9. Complaints
In accordance with Croatian law:
Clients have the right to submit a written complaint within 8 days of the service
The Agency will respond within 15 days

10. Data Protection (GDPR)
The Agency collects and processes personal data in accordance with:
- The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- Applicable Croatian data protection laws
Personal data is used solely for:
- Booking and service delivery
- Communication with clients
Data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary for service execution or legal obligations.
11. Jurisdiction
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Croatia.
12. Final Provisions
By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
The Agency reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
